Northern Surrey Utility Improvement
Northern Surrey utility improvement project was launched by the city of Surrey in multiple phases.
Neil Smith Construction was awarded the phase-1, which includes redoing the sidewalk and surface restoration 1 km of paving and curb concrete work, excavation, bedding and backfilling for watermain, sanitary and storm trenches, Utility improvements on Blackbird Crescent, Oriole Drive, Canary Drive.
